SELF-ASSESSMENT 3: SELF-MOTIVATION
AND THE ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE OF MOTIVATION
This activity
requires you (student) to be honest and communicate openly by sharing your life
experience with your classmates. Choose your own partner. Find out from your
partner about his/her life experience. Discuss how internal and external
factors influence his/her level of confidence. Share what you have learned from
your partner.
What I had
learnt from my partner about her self-confidence is high. It was due to two
factors which are internal and external. From internal, I could see she is naturally
love to speak in front of people. She is born with it. Next, she liked to
involve in some competition like drama and so. Third, she does not like to be
at the back.
From external,
I could see that her parents always encourage her in whatever she did. Next,
she learnt from strangers and her surrounding on how to be independent. Lastly,
her friends always support her in every of her decisions or what she did.
