Find out from your partner about his/her life experience. Discuss how internal and external factors influence his/her level of confidence. Share what you have learned from your partner.
What I had learnt from my partner about her self-confidence is high. It was due to two factors which are internal and external. From internal, I could see she is naturally love to speak in front of people. She is born with it. Next, she liked to involve in some competition like drama and so. Third, she does not like to be at the back.
