TASK 1: DEVELOPING THE GOAL PROGRAMME

State The Goal

*      I want to travel around the world before I get marry

*      I want to achieve dean list in every semester

*      I want to have a balance diet in a life
Set The Deadline
*      The deadline for the first goal is around 23-24 years old

      Attainable in a year (on every end of semester)

*      Attainable around 4-5 months period of time
Identify people, group and organization
*      The people that can help me in achieving my goals is only myself. I need to plan the budget to achieve one of my goal

*      The group that can help me in achieving my goal is my friends. They can help me to motivate to work hard

*      I need to challenge myself to have a good diet
The Benefits to achieve goal
*      I can gain knowledge about all the historical incidents happened in the country.

*      I can enjoy the culture and nature in other country

*      I can release tension and relax myself in other country


*      I can gain knowledge and practise in the future

*      I can achieve many awards that can make my parents proud.


*      Can gain a good balanced diet

*      Can practice to eat lesser or eat healthy food

*      Can gain knowledge about food pyramid and practised it.

*      Study smart, work hard.
*      Complete the assignment given
*      Consistent
*      Tolerance
*      Need to have a good identity.
Developing a plan
TRAVELLING AROUND THE WORLD

*      I need to save budget starts from now to accomplish my goals to travel around the world
*      I have to plan on the plane to go to travel properly and scheduled. No last minute plan
*      I need to control my financing once I have enter to the other country and no over-expenses


ACHIEVING DEAN LIST IN EVERY SEMESTER

*      I need to study smart, work hard in every subject
*      Do not skip any classes and write notes about what I learnt in the class.
*      Asking a lecturer if not understand the task
*      Submit the assignment on time
*      Do many research on the topic learnt


HAVE A BALANCE DIET IN A LIFE

*      I need to practise a balance diet such as jogging every morning or evening
*      Need to control when eating especially to the oily food or fat food.
*      Always eating fruits or vegetables like salad as dessert
Obstacles
TRAVELLING AROUND THE WORLD

*      Lack of budget to go to the country. I need to have budget at least around RM30,000
*      There are many choices to choose to go to the first place.
*      Afraid to be alone in the other country
*      Always a last minute plan to book the place

ACHIEVING DEAN LIST IN EVERY SEMESTER

*      Always feel lazy to study
*      Always feel shy to asking some question when not understand the task
*      Always complete the assignment in the last minute of time.


HAVING A BALANCE DIET

*      When I see fast food around me
*      Delicious food that contain oil and fat

TRAVELLING AROUND THE WORLD

*      Need to well-financing the budget before going to the other country
*      Need to well-choose the places to go when arrive at the country
*      Being a group of friends to go instead of being alone in the country
*      Need well-planned to book the places. Don’t do it last minute

*      Do not be lazy if want to achieve the goals.
*      Throw away the negativity, take positive action
*      Always complete the assignment early before due date.
*      Submit or hand in the assignment on time


HAVING A BALANCE DIET

*      I have to control when see fast food. Always talk to myself that I’m in a diet state. No fast food.
*      I need to avoid the food that contains oil and fat such as dessert (cake, etc) and various kind of oily food.
